Is a private session the right thing for me?
This kind of session is for you if you don’t feel quite at home in group sessions, if you are looking for a safe space, if you have certain physical restriction, or if you simply want to have more individual support. No previous knowledge is required.
What is the advantage of a package?
I offer a free one-off trial session so we can get to know each other. Afterwards, you can choose between packages of 3 —12 sessions. This weekly hour is your time with yourself, away from your daily life. It is there so that you can concentrate fully on yourself.
I’m really stiff and immobile – is Yoga for me?
Absolutely! Yoga is not about being bendy or about the mastery of perfect poses. Even if an increase in your flexibility and strength are welcome side-effects of the practice, its focus always remains your ‘inner’ development and a loving relationship with yourself, your body and your mind. Here, what counts is not who can lift his leg higher or is able to do splits, but your ability to calm down the mind and listen to your own inner voice.
