Yoga Off the Mat…

It’s not my plank or down dog nor conquering a quantity of postures over all that years that truly helped me to cope with the challenges of life. It’s my breathing practice accomplished by simple movements that allow me to find refugee in the intimacy with my true self. In this little moments I find a peaceful mind that shows me there is something bigger than all this struggle. This gives me patience and compassion in my life and with the people around me.
